Spring Grove Regional Parks and Recreation Center is a Licensed Childcare Facility and a  Keystone STARS 2 Facility.  The Childcare Programs operate year-round.  The facility is closed major holidays and has a winter break Christmas through New Year’s. Care is provided 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM. 

 

Snack is provided in the morning and in the afternoon; however, families must pack a lunch DAILY.  Other personal items to send include: changes of clothes, a fitted crib sheet, and any additional nap time or individual necessities.

 Please be certain to label all personal items.

Little Tots
PROGRAM IS NOT BEING OFFERED AT THIS TIME

This classroom is designed for infants to young toddlers (approximately 18 months of age).  Children are introduced to everyday experiences in a loving and structured learning environment.  The program focuses onsocial interaction and developmental skills to meet each individual child’s needs.  

In addition to items listed above, families are responsible to send breast milk or formula, diapers, wipes, and creams or ointments.  Please label ALL items.

ADVENTURERS

Adventurers is designed for children 4 - 5 years of age.  The program will implement age appropriate activities that focus on self-awareness, reading readiness, and other subjects areas to enhance skills to prepare for Kindergarten. Children MUST be potty trained to attend the program.

EXPLORERS

Toddlers approximately 2 to 3 years of age are invited to join Explorers!  Focus is placed on gross motor and fine motor development, social and emotional skills, self-awareness, and basic readiness skills. Children will learn through the use of music, movement, literacy, and exploration.  In addition to items listed above, families must send diapers, wipes, and ointments or creams.  Please label ALL items.
