Walk with a Doc is an international nonprofit started in 2005. People of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome to this free event. Participants will spend the time enjoying a healthy walk at their own pace. They are encouraged to ask health questions and socialize with others in a fun relaxed setting. Walking is one of the single most important things we can do for our health and local parks are a great place to walk! This is a statewide initiative to advance health and wellness through nature!

Come out and join a local doctor or health professional and SG Regional Parks and Recreation Center Staff on a walk through our community park and chat with the doctor while we walk!

All participants will receive a water bottle and tote bag for attending!
